Job summary

Evlo AI, based in Seattle, seeks a seasoned Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll partner with content, product marketing, and design to run an always-on publishing engine, plan calendars, and ship daily content while managing paid social and reporting on engagement and demand.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of social media management experience at a tech company or agency with owned-channel growth
• Demonstrated success growing at least one brand social channel (follower growth, engagement, or virality)
• Hands-on with social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, GA4, Brandwatch)
• Experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta with budget accountability
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: experience with employee advocacy programs (EveryoneSocial, PostBeyond) or AI-assisted content workflows

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and calendar across organic channels, publishing 5+ posts per week on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Produce and edit short-form video and visual content for each platform (CapCut, Premiere, Figma)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X with budget targets
• Track performance in Sprout Social and GA4; build monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and pipeline
• Monitor trends and competitor activity; adjust strategy and test new formats weekly
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions within one business day; escalate issues to PR
• Partner with sales and customer teams to surface employee advocacy content and customer stories for social distribution
