About The Role
The role owns the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — turning brand positioning into content that builds audience, drives engagement, and feeds demand generation.
You will sit at the intersection of brand and growth: working with content, design, and product marketing to ship daily content, run paid social programs, and tie social performance back to pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar across organic social channels, planning and shipping content weekly
- Grow follower base, engagement rate, and share of voice; set targets and report monthly on performance against benchmarks
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X using campaign budgets, audiences, and creative testing
- Partner with content and design teams to produce platform-native assets: short-form video, carousels, threads, and live event coverage
- Manage community engagement — monitoring mentions, responding to comments, and escalating issues to comms leadership
- Use analytics tools (Sprout Social or similar, GA4, native platform insights) to measure what performs and iterate on strategy
- Run social listening to surface trends, competitor moves, and customer sentiment that inform content and positioning
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech
- Proven track record of growing channels and running paid social campaigns with measurable results
- Hands-on with scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong editorial judgment and copywriting skills; able to adapt voice across platforms and audiences
- Comfortable with video content workflows — brief creation, editing basics (CapCut or similar), and coordination with creators
- Analytical approach: fluent in engagement metrics, funnel contribution, and reporting to leadership
- Bonus: experience with employee advocacy programs, creator/influencer partnerships, or AI-assisted content tooling
