Job summary

Southeast Christian Church is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for the Young Adults Ministry who creates social-first visual content and tells stories that earn attention across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You will work with the YA Social Media Coordinator and MarCom team to shape how Southeast Young Adults appears online, while supporting broader ministry visual needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of how visual content performs on social platforms.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends.

Responsibilities

Create social-first visual content for Southeast Young Adults across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Design carousels, Stories, YouTube thumbnails, quotes and teaching content, campaigns, and event visuals.
Translate ministry priorities into cohesive visuals that fit Southeast’s brand across digital and physical spaces.
Collaborate with MarCom and Young Adults leadership to maintain a high standard of design and brand alignment.
Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas while exercising discernment.
