Job summary

Celebration Church is seeking a Student Ministry Content Creator to empower creative expression across WAVE Student and College Ministries. You will shape and execute visual storytelling—from graphics to video and social media—that reflects our heart for students and young adults with excellence.

The role leads social media strategy, coordinates cross-department projects, and mentors Dream Team volunteers, while embracing a flexible schedule to support ministry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of leadership experience in social media marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum one year prior successful ministry experience (student/college/next gen preferred).
• Experience building volunteer or staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Student Pastor to align with the creative vision and ministry direction.
• Represent Celebration Church through creative content reflecting Christ and the church's mission.
• Provide creative direction and leadership, maintaining brand consistency across ministry platforms.
