Keystone Church is seeking a NOW Gen Creative Designer to support Kids, Students, and Young Adults through graphic design, video production, and content creation. You will help bring ministry vision to life across digital, social, print, and live environments.

The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, and passionate about ministry, with strong design sensibilities and storytelling ability. A portfolio demonstrating creativity is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Teachable spirit and willingness to grow creatively are important.
• Ability to collaborate with ministry staff and volunteers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Availability to attend and support Tuesday and Wednesday evening programming.

Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials and ministry graphics for Kids, Students, and Young Adults.
• Create graphics for digital, print, environmental, and weekend ministry experiences.
• Execute concepts aligned with Keystone Church's visual standards and ministry goals.
• Support Communications Team in maintaining creative excellence across NOW Gen ministries.
• Serve as primary video support during Tuesday and Wednesday ministry programming.
• Capture and edit video content—speeches, testimonies, social clips, event recaps.
