Job summary

Mercy Culture Church seeks a full-time Graphic Designer to create clear, compelling visual content for Mercy Culture Church and its Housed Visions. The role supports weekend services, campaigns, events, social media, print materials, apparel, and other projects.

You will design for a variety of brands, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the Art Director and team in a fast-paced environment. This onsite position requires 40 hours weekly, Tue–Fri and Sun, with occasional schedule

Qualifications

• Two years of professional graphic design experience; internships, freelance work, and strong student work may qualify.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative potential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Foundational understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout.
• Ability to follow creative direction and work within established brand standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to receive feedback, continue learning, and grow as a designer.
• Dependable, collaborative, flexible, and proactive.

• Bring fresh, thoughtful ideas that strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the team’s creative work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Membership Requirements

Must be a member of Mercy Culture Church or willing to become a member upon hire.

Mercy Culture Church Leaders & Staff must be in agreement with and abiding by the Leadership Standards of Mercy Culture Church.

Hours

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week. The regular work schedule is Tuesday through Friday and Sunday. Remote work is not available for this position.

Employees may occasionally be required to work an adjusted schedule to support services, events, deadlines, and other operational needs.
