Job summary

North Way Christian Community in Sewickley, PA is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer (20 hours/week) to join our Creative Department and visually communicate our mission across our multi-site church. The role collaborates with ministry teams to develop compelling visuals for digital and print platforms, social media, websites, events, and campus environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or formal training in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
Experience working in a church or ministry environment preferred.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and familiarity with Windows and Mac platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Airtable or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and layout.
Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ministry objectives into visuals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and receptiveness to feedback.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Background clearances as required by North Way.
