Job summary

TCAH is seeking a Social Enterprise Lead to coordinate the daily operations of the Social Enterprise Division. This role supports earned-income initiatives, food fulfillment services, procurement, inventory management, and partnerships, aligning with program staff and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' experience in operations or nonprofit programs, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, nonprofit programs, logistics, or related field.
• Experience coordinating staff, volunteers, or project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Social Enterprise operations and activities.
• Support workflow between procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and program teams.
• Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with development and implementation of SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Prepare reports and summaries for leadership review.
