Job summary

Enterprise Community Loan Fund, an affiliate of Enterprise Community Partners, is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations, to oversee the operational framework and day-to-day tasks across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management teams.

Reporting to the VP, Treasury & Operations, you will lead policy development, data governance, systems improvements, and coordination with accounting, legal and enterprise support departments to ensure compliant, efficient operations and

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Five to seven years' experience in community development or lending with emphasis on finance and structuring lending capital.
Project/operations management experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversees development and maintenance of policy and procedures.
Manages business systems administration and changes.
Coordinates cross-functional operations across lending, capital, portfolio admin and asset management.
Leads data governance and audit coordination at enterprise level.
Supports program development, readiness, and monitoring across teams.
Manages contracts, invoicing, and payments at entity level.
