Job summary

Essense of Australia is seeking a Social Creative Specialist to lead content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook from our Lenexa team. You’ll own the content calendar, shoot, edit, and publish fashion-forward content, collaborating with social strategy, creative, and teams in Zug.

You will translate performance data into new concepts, blend original captures with assets, and maintain brand voice while meeting tight deadlines; occasional travel for on-site shoots is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating and managing social content for consumer-facing brands with a portfolio.
• Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest with platform-specific insights.
• Proficiency in editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, IG Edits, Canva.
• Experience with a social management platform and native analytics (Instagram Insights, Meta).
• Experience with paid social or interest in learning how creative impacts paid performance.
• Ability to give and receive direct creative feedback and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and self-management across projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and day‑to‑day publishing for assigned brands from concept through shoot, edit, and post.
• Produce platform‑native photo, video, and copy that aligns with brand voice and quality standards.
• Capture live events and in-store experiences; curate user‑generated content with stores.
• Read performance data and apply insights to future creative rounds.
• Brief and collaborate with paid and digital teams on boosted content and KPIs.
• Engage with communities daily and handle sensitive moments with care.
• Bring trend insights and competitive context with data-backed market recommendations.
• Collaborate across time zones and multiple stakeholders to keep creative moving.
