Job summary

Essense of Australia is seeking a Social Creative Specialist to join our Lenexa-based social team. You’ll own the content calendar, shoot, edit, and publish fashion-forward content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, collaborating with strategy, creative, and Swiss partners.

You bring 3+ years creating social content for consumer brands, a strong eye for platform-specific performance, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, IG Edits, and Canva.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating and managing social content for consumer brands.
• Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest know-how.
• Proficient in editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, IG Edits, Canva).
• Experience with social management platforms and analytics.
• Experience with paid social or interest to learn.
• Ability to give/receive constructive creative feedback and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-project organization.
• Available for occasional evening/weekend work.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/graphic design/communications/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar for assigned brands from concept through shoot, edit, and post.
• Produce platform-native photo, video, and copy aligned with brand voice.
• Capture live events, behind-the-scenes content, and store experiences.
• Read performance data and apply insights to next round of creative.
• Collaborate with paid and digital teams on content and KPI.
• Engage with and moderate communities daily with care.
• Bring trend and competitive insights with market recommendations.
• Collaborate across time zones and stakeholders to keep work moving.
