Job summary

Essense of Australia seeks a strategic, creative Social Strategy Manager to translate aspirational content into engaging campaigns. You’ll blend data with creativity to grow our audience and drive action across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.

Based in Lenexa, Kansas, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Social Strategy and the analytics team to plan organic campaigns, optimize performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Fluency with social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Experience running ad campaigns on social platforms.
• Analytical skills to measure impact on business objectives.
• Passion for social content, trends and culture.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives with the Director and execute strategic social plans.
• Translate data insights into engaging brand narratives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the social creative team to align content with strategies.
• Develop content calendars by account and drive execution globally.
• Identify brand pillars and prioritize by account goals.
• Work with digital marketing to boost performance and engagement.
• Implement organic boosting strategies and ongoing optimizations.
• Run tests and learn scenarios to improve content performance.
• Track trends and reporting to improve future campaigns.
• Coordinate with Insights to measure success across platforms.
