Job summary

Tactacam is seeking a Social & Content Manager to grow and engage our Defend brand community across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role combines content creation, platform strategy, and performance-focused marketing to drive authentic customer interactions.

You will own the organic social calendar, craft platform-native content, and publish quickly while analyzing results to improve future pieces.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, or outdoor brands.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video using a phone or light tools.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored to each platform.

Responsibilities

• Own Defend's organic social strategy and content calendar across platforms.
• Create platform-native content and publish quickly using brand assets and customer footage.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build genuine relationships.
• Monitor performance, test formats, and optimize content based on data.
• Collaborate with Brand Director and Creative team on campaigns.
