Job summary

CWILL is hiring a hands-on social leader to own strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit for its post-purchase and retention suite. You’ll write, film, post, and engage in comments, building the function from the ground up.

We’re looking for a maker who can grow channels, use AI tools to scale content, and prove outcomes with pipeline impact. Experience with ecommerce/SaaS is a plus; compensation negotiable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media management with track record across multiple channels.
• Hands-on Reddit experience and ability to talk specifics of subreddits and credibility.
• Hands-on YouTube experience with channel growth and retention mechanics.
• Senior level but still a maker—currently hands-on in execution.
• Fluent with AI tooling for content production and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit and others to drive pipeline.
• Launch YouTube channel from zero with format, cadence and production approach.
• Engage Reddit communities credibly and build real credibility rather than promotion.
• Improve organic visibility in AI search and be cited by AI assistants.
• Scale content output with AI tooling while keeping quality; report on what works.
• Report on reach, engagement, and downstream pipeline, cutting what doesn’t work.
