Job summary

OUAI is seeking a Manager of Social Commerce to own and scale its presence on TikTok Shop. You will build the creator affiliate engine, run live shopping, manage shop operations, and report on what works, reporting to the Director of Growth on the Digital team.

You’ll craft planning, forecasting, and budgets for social commerce, align pricing with omnichannel partners, and drive GMV with data‑driven playbooks while staying compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in e‑commerce, social commerce, influencer marketing or growth.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing a TikTok Shop with GMV growth through affiliates and content.
• Experience with beauty or personal care brands.
• Familiarity with creator tools such as Cruva, Grin, CreatorIQ, Kin or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale OUAI's TikTok Shop operations including listings, PDPs, pricing, promotions, inventory, and health metrics.
• Build and scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program: recruit creators, set commissions, manage collaborations.
• Lead content‑to‑commerce initiatives and live shopping, with post‑show analysis.
• Plan campaigns, coordinate with growth and influencer teams, and monitor performance.
• Maintain compliance with FTC disclosures and platform policies.
