Job summary

OUAI is seeking a Manager, Social Commerce to own and scale our presence on TikTok Shop. You’ll turn social content into sales by building the creator affiliate engine, running live shopping, and managing shop operations while reporting to the Director, Growth on the Digital team.

This hands-on role requires platform fluency, fast execution, and comfort with creator DMs and P&L management. Join OUAI’s growth-minded Digital team.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in e-commerce or social commerce growth.
• 2+ years managing a TikTok Shop with affiliate growth.
• Experience with beauty or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with influencer tools like Cruva/Grin/CreatorIQ.
• Strong analytics and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of creator culture and short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including listings, PDPs, pricing and promotions.
• Build and scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program with creators and commissions.
• Identify top-performing content and scale with GMV Max and Spark Ads.
• Plan and execute creator-hosted LIVE sessions and brand LIVEs.
• Lead omnichannel alignment for pricing, promotions and bundles.
