Job summary

OpenWhispr is seeking a Social & Brand Growth Creator in San Francisco or Chicago. You will be the face and storyteller, building a build in public narrative on TikTok and Instagram Reels, working directly with the founder to turn daily product wins into engaging content.

You will script, shoot, and edit weekly short-form videos, analyze hooks and retention, and optimize organic and paid reach to grow brand affinity.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience growing a personal or brand account on TikTok or Reels with proven engagement and follower growth.
• Advanced video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.

Job Description
You will be the face and storyteller of OpenWhispr, building a "build in public" presence on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Working directly with the founder, you'll transform daily product wins, challenges, and AI insights into a compelling narrative. This is a solo creator role focused on driving brand affinity through authentic, short-form video storytelling.
