Job summary

OpenWhispr is seeking a face, voice and storyteller to lead our presence on TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will be the human core of the brand, shaping a personal narrative around the product and your day-to-day work.

You’ll shoot and edit short-form videos weekly, coordinating with the team to ensure authentic, engaging content that drives awareness and demand. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in San Francisco or Chicago.

Qualifications

• Grown a personal, creator-led or brand account with follower and engagement growth on TikTok or Reels.
• Comfortable and charismatic on camera with strong hook skills.
• Ability to edit videos to tell a story using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow OpenWhispr's presence on TikTok and Instagram Reels as a real team member, not a brand account.
• Develop an on-camera persona and content universe that feels authentic to you and OpenWhispr.
• Tell the story of the company: product decisions, launches, bugs, users, and the office.
• Shoot and edit new creative weekly for organic and paid channels.
• Study hooks, watch-time, and formats; improve with each new post.
