OpenWhispr is seeking a Social & Brand Growth Creator in San Francisco or Chicago. You will be the face and storyteller, building a build in public narrative on TikTok and Instagram Reels, working directly with the founder to turn daily product wins into engaging content.

You will script, shoot, and edit weekly short-form videos, analyze hooks and retention, and optimize organic and paid reach to grow brand affinity.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience growing a personal or brand account on TikTok or Reels with proven engagement and follower growth.
• Advanced video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.

Responsibilities

• Develop an authentic on-camera persona and content universe for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content weekly.
• Analyze performance metrics like hooks and retention rates to iterate content strategy and maximize reach.
