Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in social media analytics.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop measurement frameworks with KPIs and success metrics.
• Incorporate AI to support data analysis, visualization, and insights mining.
• Create reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to clients.
