Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, delivering high-level service and administrative support to the management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.

Responsibilities include outstanding customer service during all hours, teamwork, handling inquiries with POS systems, and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Available for weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
