Melin is seeking a Southern California Retail District Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive performance across the district. You will lead a team of Store Managers, partnering with HR, Retail Operations, Marketing and Merchandising to exceed targets while upholding Melin's culture.

This role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, talent development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through coaching, planning and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple stores and lead a high-performing team of Store Managers.
• Drive profitability, KPI attainment, and strategic plan execution.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Ops, Marketing and Merchandising.
• Develop talent through coaching and training.

Responsibilities
