Job summary

melin is seeking a Store Manager to lead and coach our store team, driving premium guest experiences and building lasting relationships with customers. You will open/close the store, supervise operations, inventory, and POS, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will partner with leadership to recruit, train, and schedule teammates, while executing seasonal floor sets, events, and visual merchandising to reflect the melin brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail with leadership experience.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and guest‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver premium guest experience.
• Open/close the store, manage operations and POS.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training in collaboration with HR.
• Drive product flow, merchandising, and events for flagship location.
