melin seeks a Southern California Retail District Manager to lead multiple stores (Customer Experience Labs) in the district, driving store performance, profitability and KPI attainment. You will supervise Store Managers, partner with senior leaders, and shape the strategy, growth and operations for retail in your area.

You will develop talent, ensure top customer experiences, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and HR to execute the GTM plan and maintain melin's culture and values

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Leads with guest focus and strong communication.
• Ability to travel regularly between stores and remain mobile during visits.
• Strategic thinker with proven leadership and people development skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and profitability across stores in the district.
• Lead, develop, and motivate Store Managers to hit KPIs.
• Partner with HR, Retail Ops, Marketing and Merchandising to exceed targets.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and asset protection.
• Foster melin culture, conduct talent sourcing and onboarding.
