Job summary

melin in Laguna Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead and coach the store team, delivering a premium guest experience while upholding melin's culture and operating principles. You will open/close the store, manage staffing, inventory, and POS, recruit and train, and partner with corporate HR on staff development.

The role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and a guest-centric mindset, with flexibility to work weekends/evenings and a passion for building a standout flagship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Innate guest-centric mindset and proactive service orientation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to take on store manager responsibilities in absence of the store manager.
• Positive energy and collaborative spirit to foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver premium guest experiences and coach sales staff.
• Drive sales by managing store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training; manage staff scheduling.
• Open and close the store, manage POS, reconcile tills, and handle returns.
• Ensure visual standards and brand image; support events and promotions.
