Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking a Southern California Retail District Manager to oversee multiple stores (Customer Experience Labs) and lead a team of Store Managers. You will drive revenue, profitability, and KPI performance while shaping the district’s culture and melin’s values in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with HR, Retail Ops, Marketing and Merchandising to optimize store operations, develop talent, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences across your district, with

Qualifications

• minimum of 3 years of Multi-Unit Retail Management experience.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Innate guest centric mindset.
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience.
• Must be able to travel regularly between assigned retail locations and remain mobile during store visits for extended periods.
