You will partner closely with the Store Manager and contribute to maintaining a positive team culture while delivering an engaging shopping experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, with 1 year in a management role.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and partner with the Store Manager.
• Manage POS system, inventory, and operational procedures.
