Job summary

Hammerspace, Inc. in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the SouthWest region, drive revenue growth, and expand Hammerspace’s market presence.

The RSD will build strategic relationships with enterprise clients, close new business, and collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to optimize messaging and outcomes, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Must currently live in Southern California.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure or cloud/storage is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise opportunities.
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, drive retention and upsell.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Pipeline Management: Use tools to manage and track sales progress toward goals.
• Travel: Conduct in-person meetings and events, up to 50% travel as needed.
