Job summary

Attic Projects is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Southern California with deep home-improvement sales leadership experience. The role focuses on building a top-performing regional team, driving lead conversion, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience while protecting the company brand.

You will report to the Corporate Director of Sales and manage travel 30-50% to lead, coach, and close opportunities, ensuring consistent results and operational excellence across the sales

Qualifications

• Elite sales leader with real home-improvement experience.
• Proven closer with ability to lead, coach, and close at a high level.
• 10 out of 10 in customer service, professional, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales organization.
• Lead from the front to drive execution and credibility through results.
• Drive regional strategy across lead conversion, closing performance, pricing discipline, and forecasting.
• Establish a performance culture using KPIs, scorecards, and coaching.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Call Center, and Operations for smooth lead-to-contract handoffs.
• Ensure proposals and documentation are high quality, finance-ready, and executable.
• Set and protect a white-glove customer service standard in the sales process.
• Maintain field readiness with tools, resources, and professional standards.
