Zusammenfassung

World Fuel Services, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Regional Manager, Cardlock Sales in Southern California (Remote Field-Based). You will lead a team of sales professionals to acquire new customers, grow fuel volumes, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

You will develop regional sales plans, coach a dispersed team, and partner with leadership to deliver measurable sales results in one of the country’s most active transportation markets.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in fuel, logistics, or related industries.
2+ years of sales leadership or people management experience.
Proven track record of achieving revenue, growth and profitability goals.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Southern California.

Lead, coach, and develop a Cardlock Sales team across Southern California.
Develop regional sales plans to increase fuel volumes and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Support negotiations, contract discussions, and customer retention strategies.
