Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in relevant industries.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or people management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cardlock Sales Representatives across Southern California. Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans that increase fuel volumes, margins, and market share. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales representatives on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities; support negotiations and customer retention strategies.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership; leverage CRM tools for forecasting and territory management.
