World Fuel Services is seeking a Regional Manager, Cardlock Sales to lead a field-based team and drive growth across Southern California's cardlock fueling market. You will coach sales reps, develop regional plans, and build key fleets relationships to deliver measurable revenue growth.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure excellent service and a world-class customer experience, while maintaining discipline and an outcome-driven culture.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in relevant industries.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profits.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Southern California.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Cardlock Sales team across Southern California.
• Develop regional sales plans to increase fuel volumes, margins and market share.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Support negotiations, contracts and customer retention strategies.
• Provide regular forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.
