Job summary

BearCom is seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team in Escondido, CA. You will help manage day-to-day administrative operations, process incoming orders, and support warehouse and event activities as needed.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Some NetSuite experience is a plus, and candidates must be able to lift up to 30lbs in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders.
• Complete order fulfillment from the warehouse.
• Maintain a highly organized warehouse space.
• Track orders.
• Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
• Assist with company events.
• Support management and team with administrative tasks as needed.
