Job summary

BearCom is seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team in Escondido, CA. You will help manage day-to-day administrative operations, process incoming orders, and support warehouse and event activities as needed.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Some NetSuite experience is a plus, and candidates must be able to lift up to 30lbs in a warehouse environment.
