Job summary

MatX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the cross-functional execution framework for advanced SoC programs from planning through tapeout. You will drive milestones, dependencies, reviews, risk management, and tapeout readiness across multiple engineering teams in Mountain View, CA.

You will lead end-to-end execution of SoC development programs, manage pre-silicon flows, and maintain trackers and dashboards for governance. Strong collaboration and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management in silicon/SoC contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop playbooks and best practices for program management across PD for cross-functional deliveries.
• Lead end-to-end execution of SoC development programs from concept through production.
• Drive issue resolution during pre-silicon execution, tapeout, bring-up, qualification, and yield learning.
• Build and maintain program trackers, risk registers, and executive dashboards for each engagement.
• Track dependencies, schedule risks, owners, milestones, and tapeout readiness.
• Drive gate reviews and weekly program syncs with PD and validation teams.
• Prepare executive-level updates on milestone health and resource gaps.
