Job summary

The role combines deep technical understanding with exceptional program management to navigate silicon tapeouts and cross-functional milestones.

You will collaborate with Analog, Digital, Layout and leadership to mitigate risks, align on goals, and deliver silicon releases on schedule across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC design experience.
• Experience participating in silicon tapeout.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams and communicate effectively with technical staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of semiconductor IP and SoC development programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Analog, Digital, Layout, and others) and communicate with executive leadership to align on program goals and milestones.
• Manage technical and schedule risks throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to silicon release.
