First National Bank (FNBO) seeks a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor alarms, CCTV, and access systems across FNBO locations. You will coordinate emergency responses, manage after-hours access, and support field security teams.

The role emphasizes vigilance, incident reporting, and professional communication with management and first responders. Onsite work with a defined night schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control across FNBO locations.
• Identify and assess security threats, suspicions activity and safety hazards in real time.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and determine appropriate response protocols.
• Maintain continuous awareness of security incidents and operational status across monitored facilities.
• Prepare detailed shift reports documenting all activities and incidents.
