Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control across multiple FNBO locations. You will respond to alarm activations, assess threats, coordinate with emergency services, and dispatch security personnel to incidents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Onsite work with day, night, and weekend shifts is required, with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control across FNBO locations.
• Identify and assess security threats, suspicious activity, and safety hazards in real time.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and determine appropriate response protocols.
• Maintain continuous awareness of security incidents and operational status across all monitored facilities.
• Coordinate emergency response with local services and act as liaison to first responders.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents and service requests; provide guidance in the field.
• Process access control requests, badge activations/deactivations, and after-hours access.
• Coordinate vendor access and monitor activity; escalate urgent maintenance issues.
• Prepare shift reports and brief incoming staff on ongoing situations and updates.
