Job summary

Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team responsible for securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events and coordinate investigation and response across multiple teams, using your critical-thinking skills to drive long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or SOC environments.
• Ability to analyze security events and coordinate investigations.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, MFA, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Escalate security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when needed.
• Identify long-term process improvements for security operations.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend solutions.
