Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Security Analyst at our RSOC/GSOC-equipped Logistics Center in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on delivering security operations across client sites, safeguarding people, buildings, and assets.

You will support incident response, monitoring, and reporting to ensure operational excellence. The position requires at least two years in security operations and proficiency with IT tools, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in security operations or a Global Security/24x7 operations center.
• Experience in basic security analysis, incident triage, and reporting.
• Proficiency with IT applications, data entry, and 25 wpm typing with 75% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies; follow safety and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations; participate in incident management.
• Conduct patrols and monitor client sites; execute RSOC/GSOC SOPs.
• Monitor networks, cameras, access control, and SOC technologies; respond to alarms.
• Compile and deliver high-quality written/verbal reports to the SOC Shift Manager.
• Coordinate with internal/external responders during emergencies and incidents.
