Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years security operations experience or similar 24x7 center background.
• Proficient in basic security analysis, incident triage, and reporting.
• Strong IT skills and 25 wpm typing with 75% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce safety procedures across sites.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively during emergencies.
• Operate RSOC/GSOC procedures and monitor security systems and alarms.
