Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Security Analyst to support RSOC/GSOC across client sites in the region. You will help safeguard people, buildings, and assets, coordinating with leadership to apply best practices in security operations.

You will respond to incidents, monitor cameras and security systems, and generate high-quality reports for management. The role requires calm decision-making, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security operations experience or equivalent 24x7 operations background.
• Experience in security analysis, incident triage, and preliminary inquiries.
• Proficient with IT applications and data entry at 25 wpm with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of security systems, IP networks, and GDPR/data protection basics.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and execute safety and security procedures per client site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct patrols and operate RSOC/GSOC SOPs; monitor security systems and alarms.
• Prepare reports for GPS management and maintain logs of events.
• Communicate during emergencies with internal and external responders.
