Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a SOC Security Analyst to join the RSOC/GSOC operations in the Goodyear region. The role focuses on protecting people, buildings, and assets across client sites, with pay at $21.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Arizona guard card and have at least two years of security operations experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, and reporting within a fast-paced security environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of security operations experience
• Must possess experience in basic security analysis, problem solving, handling preliminary inquiries, incident assessment, and triaging reports
• High proficiency in using IT applications, data entry and retrieval, and keyboard skills to a speed of at least 25wpm with at least 75% accuracy
• Basic knowledge of security systems elements (IP networks, servers, LAN/WAN)
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision in emergencies
• CPD demonstrated, ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around client sites and perimeter
• Execute RSOC and GSOC standard operating procedures and operate the SOC in shifts as required
• Monitor cameras and access control systems
• Coordinate actions to incidents and alarm activations
• Prepare reports for GPS management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Handle telephone inquiries and maintain logs of events
• Monitor critical systems alarms and respond promptly
• Deliver Global Security services and support incident management programs
• Serve as a first contact in emergencies affecting health and safety
• Communicate with internal and external responders during incidents
• Foster cross-organizational risk information sharing
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Monitor multiple screens and shift priorities as needed
