Requirements include 2+ years in security operations, incident triage skills, and strong MS Office proficiency. On-site schedule includes evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in security operations or 24x7 security center.
• Experience in security analysis, incident triage and inquiries.
• Proficient with IT apps, data entry, 25 wpm accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow site policies and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Monitor cameras and SOC technologies; run standard operating procedures.
