Job summary

Allied Universal® seeks a Security Guard - (SOC) Logistics Center to support RSOC/GSOC operations across client sites. You’ll deliver security services, monitor systems, and respond to incidents to protect people and assets, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

The role involves reporting, patrols, and close collaboration with client leadership. Minimum requirements include 2+ years in security operations, strong safety-focused communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of security operations experience or equivalent in a 24x7 security center.
• Ability to analyze incidents, triage reports, and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Proficient with IT tools, data entry, and 25 wpm typing with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of security systems basics and data protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations with problem solving.
• Conduct regular patrols and operate SOC technologies across sites.
• Monitor cameras, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
• Prepare reports for management and log events accurately.
• Communicate with internal and external responders during incidents.
• Maintain logs, answer calls, and support emergency responses.
