Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Security Analyst to join the RSOC/GSOC, delivering operations across client sites in the region. You will support physical safety and security of people, buildings, and assets, coordinating with leadership to ensure best practices and rapid incident response.

The role requires a minimum of two years in security operations and supervisory experience, with strong IT and security system knowledge. On-site work and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security operations experience.
• Experience in basic security analysis and incident triage.
• Strong IT/application skills including MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety and security procedures and incident response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor client sites and RSOC/GSOC procedures.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and coordinate actions during incidents.
• Compile reports for shift management with clear written and verbal communication.
• Handle telephone inquiries and maintain logs of events.
• Remote monitoring of alarms and critical systems, escalating as needed.
