Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Agentic SOC QC Lead to oversee independent quality control across traditional and AI-enabled SOC investigations. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with risk thresholds, customer requirements, and procedures.

You will guide QC delivery teams, perform structured case reviews, monitor analyst performance, and deliver trend analyses to stakeholders. The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and maintaining trusted, defensible outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading or overseeing SOC operations and quality reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, CS, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of SOC processes, severity classifications, and escalation workflows.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and security analytics platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC preferred.
• Does not perform security monitoring or incident response.
• Focus is on independent validation of SOC outcomes across traditional and AI-enabled security operations.
• Hybrid work expected if within 25 miles of a DXC office (twice weekly).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of QC services across assigned clients and environments, including traditional and AI-enabled ops.
• Oversee independent validation of investigation outcomes, alert dispositions, escalation decisions, and response activities.
• Ensure QC activities are independent from SOC operational execution.
• Provide leadership for QC delivery teams and service governance activities.
• Deliver trend analysis and reporting to internal and customer stakeholders.
