Job summary

DiData, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Officer - Quality Assurance to lead certification efforts in a remote, full-time role. You will maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, build the management system, and coordinate audits across IT, HR, and product teams.

The role requires hands-on experience in quality, compliance or information security, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams in an international environment. Join a dynamic startup on expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, compliance or information security.
• Solid knowledge of at least one of SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ISO 9001.
• Audit experience (internal or lead auditor is a plus).
• Rigor, strong organizational skills and good communication.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain our SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
• Build and run our management system (policies, procedures, risk register).
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Track non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Raise awareness of quality and security best practices across teams.
• Collect compliance evidence with IT, HR and product teams.
