• 5+ years of experience developing, testing, and/or operating production software.
• Experience in Python and/or Golang in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, or higher degrees with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex components across AI runtime, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Own features from requirements through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Cisco and Splunk engineering teams to scale secure AI capabilities.
• Develop agents and supporting systems for grounded reasoning and safe failure handling.
