Job summary

MSQ DX Americas is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing across multi-project delivery. The role blends hands-on testing with team leadership, guiding QA strategy and providing mentorship while collaborating with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure quality across product lines.

You’ll drive test strategy, coordinate UAT planning, and contribute to reusable QA assets and playbooks. A strong background in manual and automated testing, plus comfort with AI-assisted approaches, is essential

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/manual testing across the full software development lifecycle for public-facing web applications.
• 3+ years of automated testing experience (Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• 3+ years of API testing experience (Swagger, Postman) or automated API testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools to support QA workflows.
• Experience mentoring or providing QA leadership to other team members and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, risk-based test planning, and exit criteria for projects.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing and guide automated coverage.
• Mentor QA Engineers through pairing, test assets review, and feedback.
• Collaborate with QA Director to evaluate new processes, tools, and AI approaches.
• Translate requirements and designs into clear, testable scenarios with BAs and developers.
• Drive defect triage, reproduction quality, and regression checks.
